So you have mastered all that camp has to offer... think again. Adventure is the place for you. The Adventure program provides the chance for the growing Scout to experience a whole new collection of Scouting challenges.


You just bought four new canoes and are itching to take your unit for a turn on the wild waters. Your problem, you don't have the knowledge. The Bear Paw Adventure program will run you through the ropes, teach you the rules, take you for a dry run and put you on the river. Learn with guidance on the Pike and Peshtigo and then go home and head out on your own.

Mount up it is time to hit the trails. Fat tires are custom made for the logging trails of the Nicolet National Forest. Gather your patrol and head on over to Adventure. Novice to mountain bike wizard we have the trail for you. Strap on your helmet and ride off into the woods.



So you didn't think you could earn Backpacking Merit Badge at camp. Well you were right, you will have to venture off into the wild for this one. Bear Paw Adventure staff members can teach you everything you need to know to spend your days OUT of camp. Try exciting treks to Butler Rock and sister camp Gardner Dam, or maybe just create your own adventure. Who knows, next year you may just decide to backpack to camp.
