Boy Scout Resident Camp was held at Bear Paw from 18 June to 5 August in 1995, including a Independence Day break. More than 1,020 Scouts visited camp during the six weeks of summer operations representing 89 troops from around the Bay-Lakes Council and visitors from Ocononmoc and Burlington, Wisconsin and Lockport, Illinois.
